Wyncell Telecom
We are a leading provider of Lifeline, a federal benefit program designed to make essential communication services more accessible. To enroll, individuals must meet eligibility criteria, such as having a household income at or below 200% percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participating in qualifying federal assistance programs. Lifeline support through WYNCELL TELECOM is limited to one per household, whether it’s for wireline, wireless, or broadband services. Proof of eligibility is required during the enrollment process, and the terms of service can be viewed at www.qlinkwireless.com/terms.
Additionally, WYNCELL TELECOM participates in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), an FCC benefit initiative that reduces broadband internet access service bills by providing discounts. The ACP offers a monthly discount of up to $30 on broadband services, a one-time discount of up to $100 on certain connected devices, and a discount of up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligibility is determined by the National Verifier, and households are limited to one monthly service discount and a single one-time device discount. The ACP benefit cannot be transferred to other individuals.
WYNCELL TELECOM customers may choose to participate in the ACP and, if eligible, can receive supported broadband services from any participating provider. It’s important to note that if the FCC announces the end of the ACP or if a household is no longer eligible, WYNCELL TELECOM will notify customers. In such cases, customers may revert to receiving the standard FREE basic Lifeline plan if still eligible for Lifeline. Alternatively, customers may choose from other available service plans by paying the applicable undiscounted rate plus fees and taxes. During the application and transfer process,
WYNCELL TELECOM uses the service address zip code to determine the customer’s time zone. By opting-in to the ACP, customers authorize WYNCELL TELECOM to collect, use, share, and retain personal information for the purpose of applying for, determining eligibility, enrolling in, and seeking reimbursement of ACP service and device benefits. This includes information such as full name, residential address, date of birth, last four digits of the social security number, telephone number, eligibility criteria and status, ACP service discount initiation and termination dates, ACP connected device distribution details, and other necessary information. Customers also agree that state, local, Tribal government, school, or school district entities may share information about the receipt of benefits for ACP eligibility determination. Failure to provide this FCC-mandated consent will result in the denial of ACP service and/or connected device benefits. ACP service is subject to complete terms and conditions, and upload/download speeds depend on the chosen service plan and network availability.
WYNCELL TELECOM may offer promotional benefits such as discounted devices, subject to product availability, with customers notified of shipment details and required to contribute a co-payment of $10.99. The ACP discounted device offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, and tablet offers may vary by state. It’s important to stay informed about program details, as offers may vary by state, and service availability may be limited in certain areas.
Promotional offers are subject to modification or withdrawal at any time.
