The iPhone 13 comes with a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display covered with Ceramic Shield, called Super Retina XDR display, which comes with a traditional 60Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision HDR.

Under the hood is the Apple A15 Bionic chipset, which is equipped with a 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine, as well as 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

The iPhone 13 is available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage. In most regions, the iPhone 13 is a dual SIM phone, with a nano SIM and eSIM. Wi-Fi calling, Face ID, and Apple Pay are also on board. There’s an NFC chip, too, thanks to which Apple Pay works.

The phone comes with a dual-camera system, consisting of a 12MP F1.6 wide-angle and another 12MP F2.4 ultra-wide camera with True Tone flash and lens correction. Both rear cameras have larger sensors with improved light sensitivity and Dolby Vision HDR video recording, but only digital zoom and no optical zoom.
